2. Enquiry and Proposal Process

Our service delivery follows a structured process:

  • Submit an enquiry describing your project requirements
  • Participate in scope discussion to clarify details
  • Receive a proposal outlining work plan and terms
  • Confirm agreement before any work begins

3. Scope and Confirmation

The scope of work, timeline, and terms are agreed upon before execution. Any changes to the scope after agreement may require a revised proposal. No work is performed without explicit confirmation from the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, ensuring access to the project site as agreed, and timely communication regarding any changes or concerns.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the scope of work agreed upon in the confirmed proposal. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
